Training |
We provide expert experienced trainers who
hold certification in selected professional development courses. We
create customized programs and utilize proven training modalities.
Our trainers are seasoned presenters with international experience.
We utilize a wide assortment of in-class props to create a training
environment that will insure effective delivery of course material.
Training materials are carefully chosen , and (or) developed based on
the needs of the client and the mission and goals of the
organization.
Effective follow-up is an integral part of the overall training plan
both to measure the effectiveness of the training program and to
support organizational commitments to implementation.

Workshop Planning |
|
Careful planning for the training workshop
is a very important part of the training experience and is one of the
most valuable aspects of our service offerings. All influencing
factors such as workshop location, workspace, lighting, the order of
course delivery, timing, application of new skills and tools, and
access to necessary materials and facilities are as much a part of the
planning process as is course content and curriculum development. We
are very detailed in workshop planning, yet flexible in incorporating
the expressed desires of the client. |
